Where are you based out of and do you travel?
I'm currently based in Northeastern Indiana in Fort Wayne! But, yes I love to travel! If you want me to be your photographer, I would absolutely love to be, but it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place! Travel fees are just added to the session price so we will talk about that when scheduling your session! There is no travel fee within 30 miles of 46819, anything over 30 miles is when the fees start!
Do I have to order prints through you?
While you do not have to order your prints through me, I would highly suggest that you do and offer a guarantee of the quality and longevity of the prints. You have the ability to order prints & products via your online gallery. I offer Professional quality prints, canvas, products, books etc and will stand behind the products I use 100%! If you decide not to purchase prints through me, please ask me for recommended labs to use for optimal consumer quality.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
It is possible yes, as long as I don't have another session scheduled right after yours. This typically doesn't happen until the beautiful Fall colors appear.
What is your deposit & cancellation policy?
When scheduling your session, I collect a retainer to hold the date on my schedule. This money goes towards your total session fee. However, if you do not show for your session or cancel the day of without good reason- your deposit is non-refundable/non-transferrable. In this business, it's hard to fill spots at the last minute or even the day before for planning purposes for all so I ask that you give me plenty of notice if you will not be coming. (48 hrs)
Will my images be online forever?
Your gallery will be online for 1 month, so make sure you get your photos downloaded. Once the gallery is removed, and you have not yet downloaded from the website, there will be a $50 fee to reupload your images online. Please be diligent in getting your photos saved.
Do you save my images forever?
I save all of my images for 3 years. It is imperative that you save your images to more than one place. For example, save to your desktop first, then make a copy and save to dropbox online then I'd suggest you also save them (especially wedding photos) to a flash drive and to an external hard drive. I cannot save your photos indefinitely.
How do I lock in current prices?
Once you have scheduled your session, paid your deposit- your session fee is locked in!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with your photos within maximum of 4 weeks, but I do try my best to get them to you sooner. You can download all the photos from the gallery, but I will also share them to my social media pages as well! If you're waiting for your wedding pictures that return could take 12 weeks depending on the season!
Do you release unedited photos?
No, I never release any unedited work. My editing style is part of what makes my art and storytelling unique to me.
What should I/We wear for our session?
I am happy to help with wardrobe style choices! You should always wear what you feel best in. Just let me know if you need any help or a 2nd opinion :)
